Order number (optional)
We will respond within 24 hours.

Starting on January 1, 2015, EU residents are charged the VAT rate prevalent in the country of residence. Current applicable VAT rates in EU member states can be found here.

SourcingLab is required to comply with the EU Directive 2008/8/EC for VAT. This directive stipulates that customers are charged the VAT rate of the EU member state to which they belong.

The VAT of the state that you stated during the registration will be added automatically during your order

If you are outside the EU, the price will be without VAT.

If you have made a purchase and need to cancel, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• You purchased the product within the last 7 days.

We are using Net Image, s.r.o. to run our invoicing, because their technology and support is on the right level for what we need and what we are expecting.

You don’t have to do anything; after your current subscription expires your account will revert back to a free account.

We can definitely refund you one of the purchases. Please send us the following information:

PayPal email address or addresses
Order numbers (required)
